How to Return an Item:

At Hilateeca, we aim to make your return and refund process as smooth and convenient as possible.

Return Guidelines:

– If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. A prepaid return label will be provided.
– For all other eligible returns or exchanges, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. You can initiate a return through our website or by email.
– Please note: Personalized, customized, or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

For defective items reported beyond the 30-day return period, we may offer repair or replacement options instead of a refund.

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as production may have already begun.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:

If your refund has not been received after the stated timeframe, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider or financial institution. If you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at contact.hilateeca@gmail.com.

Gift Returns:

If your item was received as a gift, you will be issued store credit for the value of the returned product. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Please include your original invoice and ensure that the item is securely packaged. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
