– All of our products are proudly made in the United States. Orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Saturday.

– Depending on product availability, some items in your order may be shipped separately.

PRODUCTION TIME ESTIMATES:

– Standard apparel orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

– Custom embroidery, sublimation, and handcrafted products may take up to 5–10 business days to complete before shipping.

SHIPPING TIMES:

United States:

+ Standard Shipping: 6 – 12 Business Days

+ Expedited Shipping: 4 – 8 Business Days

– International:

+ Standard Shipping: 14 – 20 Business Days

+ Expedited Shipping: 7 – 15 Business Days

Tracking:

When available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped so you can follow your package’s delivery progress online.

Shipping Multiple Orders:

Orders placed on the same day cannot be combined for shipment.

Shipping to Multiple Locations:

We currently do not offer split shipping to multiple addresses within one order. To ship to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Address Changes:

Address changes are not possible once an order has been processed for more than 4 hours. If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us at contact.hilateeca@gmail.com within this 4-hour window after placing your order.

Customs Fees and Potential Delays:

Some countries may apply customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by local authorities. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
